By contributing to SC Blues FedPAC, I understand the following: My money will be used for political purposes in accordance with federal law. Contributing to SC Blues FedPAC is completely voluntary and I can refuse to contribute without reprisal. Any guidelines for contributing are simply suggestions. I can contribute whatever amount I choose without reprisal, whether I give more or less than the BlueCross suggested giving amount. I must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident in order to contribute to SC Blues FedPAC. Under federal law, individuals cannot contribute more than $5,000 to a political action committee per calendar year.
